I understand that for the sake of application, this form together with the documents/ materials/ information I submitted will be retained and passed on to the relevant staff members within the Fuji Xerox (HK) Limited for recruitment and selection purpose. If the application is successful, these documents will be passed to the staff concerned for enrolment purposes and will be kept by the authorized Department. In case of unsuccessful application, I understand and have no objection that these documents will be kept for twelve months for future reference so that consideration will be made for future openings within the company.
