The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Team of Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) Limited was established in 2002. The team focuses on promoting responsibility  in contributing to the development of society and on providing a sustainable environment in which each employee can act as a "good corporate citizen" as well as have a make contributions to society. "What is the responsibility of a company? I would say that a company has to be strong, kind and interesting. I mean financially strong and kind to the society and employees find their life and work interesting," said Mr. Masataka Jo, Corporate Vice President of Fuji Xerox.

The presence of strong, compassionate, and interesting employees who have grown through making contributions to society will lead to a stronger, more compassionate, and more interesting company. We strongly believe in the tight linkage among citizenship, commitment, and personal growth. In the near future, Fuji Xerox CSR Team will continue to take part in more charity activities. Besides focusing on children and the mentally disabled, we will also extend our commitments to the elderly and to all walks of life.
