Quality Awards

Fuji Xerox's or Xerox's products and services are consistently rated among the world's best by independent testing organisations. Since 1980, we have won more than 25 national quality awards in 20 countries, including the world's three most prestigious awards and several other quality awards in Hong Kong.

Deming Prize Fuji Xerox won the Deming Prize, Japan's highest quality award in 1980.
Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Xerox was a two-time winner of this award: for Xerox Business services in 1997 and for Xerox Business Products and Systems in 1989.
European Quality Award Xerox Europe, formerly Rank Xerox, won the first European Quality Award in 1992.
HKMA Quality Award Fuji Xerox Hong Kong, formerly Rank Xerox Hong Kong or Xerox Hong Kong, won the first HKMA Quality Award organised by the Hong Kong Management Association in 1991.
Hong Kong Quality Circle Award One of the quality improvement projects "Maze Mice" won the the Gold Award of the Servicing Sector Category of the Hong Kong Quality Circle Award in Hong Kong organized by the Hong Kong Quality Management Association in 2003.
The Six Sigma Award One of the process improvement projects, "Delivery to Invoice" (DTI) which was part of the whole project of "Order-To-Collection" won the 1st Six Sigma Award in Hong Kong organised by the Hong Kong Quality Management Association and the Hong Kong Productivity Council in 2005.
