Quality Management System

Fuji Xerox believes that the key to customer satisfaction is the thorough application of our customer-first and quality-first philosophies into our day-to-day interaction with customers. At Fuji Xerox Hong Kong, we chose not to go for the public certification in quality management system as we believe in the value gained from the deployment of our self-developed quality management philosophy.

We have also applied the 5S principles: "Seri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke" into our warehouse management, and have been certified by Hong Kong 5-S Association which has its unique 50-point helping organisations to achieve Safety, Hygiene, Quality, Productivity, and Image since March 2003.
