Quality Policy

Quality has long been a motto of the company. It was in place as earlier as when Xerox introduced the first plain-paper copier in 1959 and when Fuji Xerox was established in Japan since 1962, although the pursuit of quality was once doubted by our customers in the 1970s.

As of to-date, customer satisfaction is still the top priority for the company. Specially, the Quality Policy has been one of the fundamental principles that run in Fuji Xerox Hong Kong.
