A brand new machine will be substituted for any new equipment that requires replacement within three months of original purchase..

The term of the Fuji Xerox Equipment Total Satisfaction Guarantee is three years from equipment delivery. If the newly delivered equipment is leased by Fuji Xerox for more than three years, our Guarantee will apply during the entire term of your Fuji Xerox Hong Kong financing.
