Fuji Xerox launches Customer Care Officer service
Personal service complements use of multifunction devices like new DocuCentre-II C3000; helps companies use colour to design compelling marketing materials
Fuji Xerox, The Document Company today launched its Customer Care Officer (CCO) service. Designed to help SMEs get the most out of multifunction devices like the new DocuCentre-II C3000 announced today (see separate news release), this service helps companies design compelling promotional materials such as coupons, leaflets posters and menus by migrating from black and white to colour.
Third-party research indicates that companies both large and small are increasingly seeking to increase the quality and efficiency of their operations by replacing their black-and-white multifunction devices with colour.
"At Fuji Xerox, we are committed to helping our customers get the very best out of their systems," said Debby Chan, Director of Marketing at Fuji Xerox. "We continually focus on ways in which they can increase their operational efficiency and produce output that increases their customers' satisfaction. That is why we are launching the Customer Care Officer service. We have a team of highly trained officers on hand to provide companies with advice and guidance on a wide range of applications particularly using colour."
The role of the CCO is to help customers maximise return on their document management assets. They are available to offer a professional service which includes a thorough understanding of the customer's business, helping to identify and fine-tune existing applications using colour, and exploring new business applications. All CCOs have experience in general IT, plus design software applications including Windows, Photoshop, Freehand and In Design.
CCO services include embedding photographs into the design plus photo retouching. Fuji Xerox will not charge for polishing or modifying customers' existing designs.
