We commit to arrive at the customer’s machine installation site for onsite maintenance service within two business hours on average upon receiving service requests from customers.
Regular and Urgent Checking
Regular and urgent checking services are provided based on the customer’s printing environment and requirements. E.g. Checking prior to bulk-volume printing jobs.
Business Development Support
Business development support toolkits and consultancy services, such as Profit Accelerator, are provided to help customers enhance existing operations or explore business opportunities via digital printing solutions.
Optional Backup Services
Optional backup services may be employed to maintain document printing productivity in case of unexpected needs.
