If you are not satisfied with your Fuji Xerox equipment**, at your written request Fuji Xerox Hong Kong will replace it, at no charge, with an identical model or a machine with comparable features and capabilities.

The term of the Fuji Xerox Equipment Total Satisfaction Guarantee is three years from equipment delivery. If the newly delivered equipment is leased by Fuji Xerox for more than three years, our guarantee will apply during the entire term of your Fuji Xerox Hong Kong financing.

At Fuji Xerox, the proof of our quality is our customers' total satisfaction.

* This guarantee applies to Fuji Xerox equipment acquired by the customer from Fuji Xerox Hong Kong (FXHK) and serviced by FXHK in Hong Kong or Macau.
