Automatic processing, text recognition and indexing
Automatic image processing, such as de-skew, noise reduction, blank-page separation/skipping, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies, i.e. full-page, specified page, zonal OCR, etc. are powerful tools that you can use to process your scanned documents. Attributes obtained from OCR results or other sources such as input sources, date/time of receiving files, and predefined texts enable the auto-naming and indexing of files. Various file formats such as JPEG, TIFF, PDF, and Fuji Xerox XDW are supported.
