- No. of seats offered to each customer will depend on the number of machine/software license purchased.
- For new machine installation, the training is offered to customer for free one-time only , within 6 months after the installation date. For refresh training, training is offered for free within the 1st year after the installation date（For specific model).
- Customer Training Officer will contact customer to confirm the booking within 2 working days.
- The deadline for enrollment is 2 working days before the actual training day.
