Unveils leading-edge mobile technology experiences Turning enterprises’ innovative idea to reality
Hong Kong - November 14, 2017- The SPARK Innovation Expo 2017 opened its doors today at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.
Organized by Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong), devoted to supporting enterprises on their way of innovations as the most reliable ICT partner, the event showcased a number of cutting-edge applications and solutions with an aim of empowering enterprises across different industries in enhancing their productivity through the use of technology, facilitating better client relationships for new business opportunities, and eventually putting their innovative business concepts into practice. Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) helps large enterprise, as well as the small-medium enterprise(SME), to understand the correlation in between innovation and operational effectiveness. Demonstration areas of various solutions were introduced at the SPARK Innovation Expo 2017, showcasing the latest business concepts and technology applications.
I. Introduction of mobile app for “Xpress Support” platform
Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) has introduced an all-rounded upgrade for it “Xpress Support” platform, announcing the launch of a compatible mobile app which runs on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) systems, with an aim of renovating the workflow for call center staff.
Enterprises are now able to keep in touch with Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) support on a 7x24 basis, or even initiate an immediate follow up on issues via the mobile chat function, which not only easy to use, but also ensures information security. Service quality for technical support is elevated to a new height as enterprise employees can simply scan the QR Code displayed on a printing device to identify the serial number, and immediately share photos of the affected device with the support team. Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) will then evaluate the situation and send engineers to the site accordingly, or providing guidance for users to solve the issues right away, to minimize influences on productivity.
II. Personalized printing portal
Flexibility in personalized content printing, such as international public holidays calendars, will surely benefit the development of positive client impression toward enterprises. Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) introduces the personalized printing portal for enterprise to seamlessly collect data from clients, produce related products and enhance the personalized printing experience - everything through the easy-to-use interfaces. Enterprise employees can also produce tailored business proposals, while attaching their own business cards, for a more professional business image.
III. Managed Campaign and Commercial Print Services
Online to offline (O2O) is the new horizon for marketing promotions, where innovation is crucial. In response to the transformation, Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) has added two new members to its comprehensive suite of solutions. The “Managed Campaign Services” assists in developing creative contents and map out promotion taglines to target specific audience groups, which would able to improve campaign theming and sales effectiveness. Deploying Beacon technology as the foundation, the service has materialized Proximity Marketing to deliver promotional messages to customers in stores, and Omni-Channel which gives a further boost to the ROI.
Enterprise can also opt-in for the “Managed Commercial Print Services” to design and produce the Point-of-Sales Material (POMS) included material list, poster, hanging POS, samples and etc., which is expected to minimize the wastage and inventory cost as much as 20%.
IV. Workplace routine enhancements with AI
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is starting to be part of office applications, with the increasingly extensive development in the related technologies. Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) is therefore unveiling its AI solutions with Chatbot technology for the first time, helping enterprise move forward on their path of digital transformation, while at the same time streamlining the resources which used to be needed for human resources management.
Founded on the company’s IoT document managing system Smart Device 2.0, the Chatbot platform is highly user-friendly. With the “private assistant”, enterprise employees can save the hassles when looking for answers they need in a default database, such as enquiries on annual leave balance, or even submitted proof for sick leave applications, when it comes to daily human resources management. The Chatbot can also be utilized for Business Process Management(BPM), allowing senior management to gather essential data for business analysis under the BI environment through enhanced automated operations, and further explore on potential business opportunities.
